Because so much of our business is based on the ebb and flow of sales and seasons, we use contractors as a way to expand on our capabilities and skills while remaining flexible based on the needs of the business. Our work philosophy remains the same and because of the virtual nature of our company, a contractor is still able to create their own schedule and work environment from wherever they live.
