The most important thing to understand about TroyResearch isn’t what we do…it is how we do it.  The thing that sets us apart from other firms is how we work…and that is summed up in our phrase “Part of the Team.” 

It means that even though we’re not employees at your company, you will think of us as though we were. You’ll probably run into us in the hallway or the kitchen area. We’ll be in the meeting where you brainstorm solutions to problems you are facing. One of our team members might even spend a day here and there working from your place just to make sure we stay connected to your culture, your challenges, and your opportunities.

Being Part of the Team means that you can give us problems to solve, not just assignments to execute. And, it means that we will take on the challenge and help you come up with solutions that you hadn’t realized were possible.

Why do we work like this? Simple. We want to do market research that makes an impact. And we can do that best by understanding the issues behind the survey…and we can do that best by creating an approach that is customized for your unique challenges.
